Refund & Guarantee Policy

Our Promise to You, We believe in the effectiveness of our program and back it with our 120% Performance Guarantee. If you fully participate and don’t achieve at least a 25% improvement in your sleep performance score, we’ll refund 120% of your investment—no questions asked.

Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for the 120% refund, you must:

  • Complete the full program as outlined.

  • Attend all scheduled coaching calls and sessions.

  • Follow the personalized recommendations provided (nutrition, supplementation, lifestyle).

  • Submit pre- and post-program performance data for review.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email our support team at [email protected] within 14 days of program completion.

2. Include your full name, date of enrollment, and proof of participation.

3. Our team will review your request and verify eligibility within 7 business days.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or provider.

  • If eligible, you will receive 120% of the amount paid.

Exceptions

Please note that refunds are not available if:

  • You did not complete the full program.

  • You missed scheduled sessions or failed to provide required data.

  • You requested a refund outside the 14-day post-program window.
